fill the following positions on merit, under the project "Higher Education
Development in Pakistan (HEDP)" on a contract basis:

1. Programme
Specialist-Academic Governance (equivalent to MP-III, 01 Position)
Term of employment:
Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and requirement
Salary and other Benefits:
i. Basic Pay: Rs. 127,050-18,150-181,500
i. House Rent: Rs. 33,000-44,000
iii. Utilities: Rs. 5,775-8,250
iv. Monetized Value of Transport Facility: Rs.
65,060
Qualification/ Experience:
Ph.D. with minimum of six (06) years post-qualification
relevant experience.
OR
• Mater's/Bachelor's (16 years education) with minimum

2. Project
Manager, Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS) (04 Positions)
Term of employment:
Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and requirement
Salary and other Benefits:
PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500, all-inclusive/per month)
Qualification/ Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's (16 years of education) specializing
in ICT/Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences/Information Management with at
least ten (10) years post-qualification relevant experience in leading and
managing the provision of ICT services, ideally in the Higher Education domain
and ERP implementation and operations. (Detail TORS on HEC website)
3. Development
Lead (High-Performance Computing) (01 Position)
Term of employment:
Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and requirement
Salary and other Benefits:
PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500 all-inclusive/per month)
Qualification/ Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's (16 years of education) in
ICT/Engineering/Computer Sciences/Information Management or equivalent from a
reputable national/international university/institute Eight (8) years of
experience (after acquiring stipulated qualification) in High-Performance
Computing (HPC) and other related areas. Preference will be given to
individuals with experience in the implementation of HPC architecture. (Detail

4. Project Manager (Data Warehouse) (01 Position)
Term of employment:
Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and requirement
Salary and other Benefits:
PPS-8 (Rs. 218,750 all-inclusive/per month)
Qualification/ Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's (16 years of education) in
ICT/Engineering/Computer Sciences/Information Management or equivalent from a
reputable national/international university/institute • Eight (8) years of
experience (after acquiring stipulated qualification) in data warehousing or
data architecture environments; with five years of hands-on experience managing
and leading data warehouse projects. (Detail TORS on HEC website)
5.Project Manager (ERP Upgradation) (01 Position)
Term of employment:
Initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable on
the basis of satisfactory performance and requirement
Salary and other Benefits:
PPS-8 (Rs. 218,750 all inclusive/per month)
Qualification/ Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's (16 years of education) in
ICT/Engineering/Computer Sciences/Information Management or equivalent from a
reputable national/international university/institute
• Eight (8) years preferably of ERP Implementation
systems with, minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in IT solution deployment in
migration. Required hands-on experience of migration/upgradation from SAP ECCS
to SAP S/4HANA. (Detail TORS on HEC website)

Audio/Video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates
(Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
• Only eligible candidates will be called for an
interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the
test/interview.
