PUNJAB HUMAN ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION AUTHORITY (PHOTA) 39 Shadman-1, Shadman

Applications are invited for appointments of candidates
having domicile of Punjab province on the following posts on a contract basis for
the period of 3 years extendable subject to a good performance at Punjab Human
Organ Transplantation Authority, Lahore.

1. Director Legal Age limit 55
Qualification and experience:
LLM/ Barrister at Law.
Post Qualification experience with 8 Years as a legal
practitioner or as a Socitlor or LLB
Post Qualification experience with 08 years as a legal
practitioner or as a solicitor
20 high Courts Case
One Criminal reported case of High Court.
Expert in Criminal matters or tra
2. Director Technical Age limit 55
Qualification and experience:
M.B.B.5 with diploma or level qualification.
At least 10 years of experience at institutions, and hospitals.
Experience in health-related projects of autonomous organizations would be
preferred
3. Director Administration HR
& Coordination Age limit 55
Qualification and experience:
M.B.B.5 with MPH/MBA/Diploma in HRM
At least 10 years of administrative experience in Medical
Institution Hospital
A Minimum of 16 years of education with administrative
experience in a Medical Institution/Hospital
4. Director Administration/

Qualification and experience:
M.B.B.5 with MPH / MBA /Diploma in HRM

5. Director of Public Relations Age limit 45
Qualification and experience:
M.Phill (Journalism) M.Sc. in Mass Communication/Public
Relations Journalism from a recognized Institution from HEC.
At least 10-Years post qualification experience in the
relevant field in any Government/Sem Government Organization/Autonomous body /Private
Sector of good repute
Credit will be given to a person having experience as a Journalist
in mid to high
Good computing and data analysis skills.
6. Assistant Director ET
Qualification and experience:
Minimum 16 years of qualification in Computer Science or
Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized institution
A minimum of Five years experience in the relevant field in a
public sector organization or a well-reputed private organization
Credit will be given to the candidate having experience in the Health sector.
Data Center Skills (Windows and Linux server management).
Design,
Implementation of business applications. Ensure data (LAN/WAN)
and backup plans. Installation and management of Security surveillance system.
Preparation of annual IT equipment Plan, allocation of budget, and procurement
as per rules. communication/technical writing skills and Strong knowledge of
project management principles
7. Staff Nurse OPC
Qualification and experience:
BSc (Post RN) recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council is
required to apply with 02 Years of ICU experience after graduation working as a
charge nurse with a reputable national or international health facility/
hospital/organization
FSc (Pre-Medical) with Diploma in nursing recognized by
Pakistan Nursing Council is required to apply with. 04 Years of ICU experience
after graduation working as a charge nurse with a reputable national or International
health facility / Hospital or organization.
8.Vigilance Inspector Age limit 35
Qualification and experience:
Minimum 16 years qualification from any recognized
institute with at least 1-year experience in the vigilance field in a public sector department/organization
Bachelor's Degree from any recognized Institution with 03
years of experience in the vigilance field
Preference will be given to the candidate, has a Degree in
IT/CS and relevant experience in Government's Heath Sector.
9. Computer Operator Age limit 35
Qualification and experience:
Bachelor in Computer Sciences/Information Technology from a
recognized Institute OR
Master in computer sciences/information Technology from a
recognized Institute.
With 35 WPM typing speed on MS word.
Credit will be given to candidates having experience working in a medical institution.
10. Storekeeper OPC Age limit 30
Qualification and experience:
Matric with three years experience of handling the store in
relevant field.
11. Electrician
Qualification and experience:
Matric with science from a recognized board and DAE/Diploma
in electrician course from the vocational institute or from any other recognized
institute with one-year experience in the relevant field.
12 Plumber
Qualification and experience:
Matric or equivalent qualification from a recognized
board with one-year experience in the relevant field
13. Telephone operator
Qualification and experience:
Intermediate from a recognized board. 2 years experience
in relevant field. Middle school Certificate from a recognized board.
14. Drivers Age limit 30
Qualification and experience:
LTV driving license issued from the licensing authority
with at least five years' experience in Middle School certificate from a recognized
board.
15 Daak Runner
Qualification and experience:
Middle School certificate from a recognized school.
Preference will be given to the candidate having experience working in a public sector department/organization.
16 Naib Qasid Age limit 30
Qualification and experience:
Middle School certificate from a recognized school.
Candidate must be physically fit and aware of the office
processes
Preference will be given to candidates having
experience working in a medical organization.
17. Security Guard
Qualification and experience:
Primary School certificate from a recognized
Minimum 5ft 8" Height
32-34 Chest with good physical health
Preference will be given to candidates having
experience working in a medical organization.
18. Vigilance Guard Age limit 30
Qualification and experience:
Primary School certificate from a recognized school
32-34 Chest with good physical health
Preference will be given to candidates having
experience working in a medical organization.
19. Female Vigilance Age limit30
Qualification and experience:
Middle School Certificate from a recognized
Minimum 5 2 Height
Preference will be given to the candidate having experience working in a public sector department
20. Sanitary/Janitorial Staff Age limit 30
Qualification and experience:
Primary school Certificate from recognized
Only non-Muslim Persons who belongs to minorities will be
accommodated. Preference will be given to candidates having experience working in a medical organization.

1. The educational Degree & Experience Certificates
will be verified by the Authority (any expenditure in this regard will be can't
managed to get an appointment on forged/bogus documents or through decent by any
means, the appointment shall be considered to be void abito and shall be able
to refund all amounts received from the Authority and their appointment shall
be canceled immediately
