nationals to fill the following regular positions in the Higher Education
Commission (HEC), Pakistan
1. Senior Cashier (BPS-16) Open Merit = 01 age 21 to 35 years
Qualification & Experience
B.Com/BBA from a recognized university with
three (03) years of practical experience in cash handling or Intermediate with
five (05) years of relevant experience in cash handling in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body/ or a good reputed organization. Six (06) months
basic IT Course is a must.
2. AC Supervisor (BPS-16) Punjab (01 posts) age 22 to 45 years
Qualification & Experience
Matric with three years diploma of Associate
Engineering in Air conditioning from a recognized institute with eight years'
service as an A.C. Technician in a public or private sector of good repute.
3. House Keeping Supervisor (BPS-15) Punjab = 01 age 22 to 45
Qualification & Experience
Graduate with one-year diploma in Hotel
Management with five years experience in 3- star hotels/Guest Houses
preferably in institutional catering. Must have strong knowledge of proper
procurement, storage, preparation, service, inventory & cost management, and
administrative control.
4. Carpenter (BPS-11) Punjab = 01 age 25 to 40
Qualification & Experience
Matric with 08 years experience in the relevant
field.
5. Telephone Operator (BPS-09) Punjab = 01 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Intermediate with 02 years experience in the
relevant field in any Government/Semi-Government organization. Knowledge of MS
Office is required.
6. Cheque Writer (BPS-07) Punjab = 01 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Intermediate with 02 years relevant experience in any public/private organization of good repute. Six (06) months basic IT course including MS Office is required.
7. Receptionist (BPS-05) ICT = 01 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Matric with 03 years experience in the relevant
field. Knowledge of MS Office is required.
8. Cook (BPS- 05) ICT = 01 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Middle pass and 05 years experience as Cook Years.
9. Helper (HEC Print Shop)/ Book Binder (BPS-03) ICT = 02 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Middle Pass with three (03) years relevant
experience
10. Helper (Electrician) (BPS-03 ) ICT = 01 age 18 to 30
Qualification & Experience
Middle Pass with three (03) years relevant
experience
11. Attendant (BPS-01) ICT = 02 age 18 to 30
Middle pass
12. Dish Washer (BPS-01) ICT-02 age 18 to 30
Middle Pass with three (03) years relevant experience
13. Naib Qasid (BPS- 01) 13 Posts. Local Peshawar = 01 Disabled ICT = 01

Matric age 18 to 30
14. Sanitary Worker BPS-01) (05-posts) age 18 to 30
ICT = 02 Local Karachi = 01

Application processing fee, i.e., Rs. 600/- (for
Sr. # 01 to 08) to be deposited in the online A/C No. 17427900133401 of HEC
maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. and receipt to be uploaded on the
HEC website: https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
There is no application processing fee for the posts from Sr. #09 to 14 of the
advertisement.
Those in Government service should apply through the proper channels.
Five (05) years of general age relaxation has
already been included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government
rules.
Only complete/late applications will be
entertained.
Experience means experience gained after
obtaining the minimum required qualification.
Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee
experience will not be considered.
The test will be conducted, and only shortlisted
candidates will be called for an interview.
Interviews of shortlisted candidates could be
arranged via audio/video conference.
HEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the the number of posts or not to fill any posts without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the
test/interview.
