appointment on CONTRACT BASIS of suitable candidates having the required
qualification & experience for posts mentioned hereunder as per eligibility
criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Ministerial Establishment
Recruitment Rules, 2003, Punjab Health Department Allied Health professional
Service Rules, 2012 (as amended), and Punjab Health Department Technical Posts
Service Rules, 2003.
1 Stenographer BPS-15

Qualification Required:
Intermediate from a recognized Board
and A speed of 80 WPM in shorthand and
35 WPM in typewriting (on the computer). Preference shall be given to the computer-literate person.
2. Telephone
Supervisor BPS-11

Qualification Required:
Matric with science from a recognized
Board and ii. Three years diploma of Associate Engineer from Technical Board or
an equivalent qualification from any recognized institute with one year
experience in the relevant field.

Qualification Required:
F.Sc. (Second Division) from a
recognized Board having one or two years' Diploma in a relevant discipline of
allied health duly recognized by the Punjab Medical Faculty.
If none is available, then candidates' Qualification
have Matric (Second Division) with science from a recognized Board along with
one or two years Diplomas in relevant discipline of allied health duly
recognized by the Punjab Medical Faculty.

Technician (Surgical)/Operation Operator Technician BPS-09

18. Boiler Operator Technician BPS-05

Qualification Required:
FA or equivalent qualification from a recognized
Board; ii. Diploma in Third Class Boiler Engineer from Directorate
industries and Mineral Development (Boiler Inspection Wing) Govt. of the
Punjab, Lahore, and At least five years service experience as Sterilization Operator
CSSD Operator in relevant technical field.
A higher technical qualification holders
will be preferred.
19. Receptionist BPS-05

Qualification Required:
Matric or equivalent qualification
from a
recognized Board Preference shall be
given. to the computer-literate person.
20 Driver BPS-05

Qualification Required:
Middle school certificate from a
recognized school and LTV driving license issued from the licensing authority
with at least five years experience in the line.
A higher technical qualification holders
will be preferred.
21. AC Theater Technician Mechanic/ Operator for Central Plant
BPS-05 No. of Posts-2 Age Limit 18-25
Qualification Required:
Matric or an equivalent qualification
for a recognized Board and: Diploma or Training. in auto Certificate Mechanic/AC
Mechanic Course from a recognized institute with one year of experience in the
relevant fields.
(Higher technical qualification holder
will be preferred)
22. Plumber BPS-05
No. of Posts-1 Age Limit 18-25
Qualification Required:
Matric or an equivalent a qualification
from recognized Board with one year of experience in the relevant field
Terms &
Conditions:
1. Both Male/Female applicants having
domicile in the province of Punjab can apply.
2. Appointments shall be made, on a contract basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy. 2004"
3. Complete the application along with
attested copies of all educational certificates (like Matric, F.Sc., etc.)
degrees/diplomas, copy for domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates
(if any), and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the
office of Executive Director, Jinnah Bum & Reconstructive Surgery
Centre/Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore.
4. In the case of 'O' Level & 'A' Level, an equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
5. Age relaxation in upper age limit as
per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022
i.e. 10 years for Female candidates and 7 years for Male candidates shall be
granted.
6. Quotas shall be observed as per
Recruitment Policy 2022.
7. Applicants must present original
documents at the time of the interview.
8. Recruitment shall be made strictly on
merit by "The Contract Appointment Policy 2004/recruitment
Policy, 2022 and Instructions issued from time to time by the Govt. of Punjab.
9. Persons already in Govt. service
should apply through their Departments along with NOC.
10. Incomplete applications as well as
the applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in
any case.
11. Authority reserves the right to
cancel, Increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning
any reason.
12. No TA/DA shall be allowed to
appear in any test or interview.
13. Candidates are advised in their own
interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all requirements of the
rules relating to the post as mentioned above.
13. Evaluation of the candidates shall
be done as per the "Selection Criteria for Appointment" as stipulated
in the Recruitment Policy, 2022 of the Government of Punjab. Furthermore, Selection Committees may devise some written/practical tests for the evaluation of
candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of
the "Interview" and assign marks accordingly.
How to Apply
Applications addressed to the
undersigned shall be received during office hours in the office of the Executive
Director, Jinnah Burn & Reconstructive Surgery Centre/ Allama Iqbal Medical
College. Lahore till 06-02-2023 through
Dak/Courier Service. By-hand, applications will not be accepted.
Interview/test
Interview/test of the candidates for
the above-mentioned posts shall be held at 08:00 A.M. in the office of the
undersigned as per the following schedule. No separate notice will be issued for
this purpose:-
1. Shorthand & Type test for the
post at Sr. No. 01 shall be held on 10-03-2023.
2. Interview for the post at Sr. No. 01
shall be held on 11-03-2023.
3. Interview for the posts at Sr. No.
02 & 17 shall be held on 13-03-2023.
4. Interview for the posts at Sr. No.
06 & 07 shall be held on 14-03-2023.
5. Interview for the posts at Sr. No.
04 & 11 shall be held on 15-03-2023.
6. Interview for the posts at Sr. No.
05 & 09 shall be held on 16-03-2023.
