PUNJAB DENTAL HOSPITAL LAHORE Applications are invited for appointment on a contract basis of suitable candidates having the required qualifications & experience for posts mentioned hereunder as per eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended) and Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003.

Post are announced Junior Clerk, Telephone Operator, Junior Technicians,  Almoner, Urdu Typist, and many more. Candidates who should willing to apply they apply before the last date of submission. Application sends only Post office no online application is facilitated.

1.Junior Clerk          BPS 11

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board and

II. A speed of 25 WPM of Type on Computer in English end.

III. Proficient Microsoft Officer or any other compatible office application and he shall demonstrate such proficiency.

2.Telephone Operator     BPS 11

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. Matric from a recognized board with 3-years experience in a relevant field

II. Preference shall be given to the computer-literate person.

3.Junior Technician (Surgical Technology)          BPS 09

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. F.Sc pre-medical (2nd Div.) from a a recognized board with a diploma in relevant Allied Health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board.

II. If none is available, then candidates having a qualification of Metric (2nd Div.) with a science recognized board along with a "Two years" Diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute.

 

4.Junior Technician (Pathology Technology)         BPS 09

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. F.Sc pre-medical (2nd Div.) from a a recognized board with a diploma in relevant Allied Health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board.

II. If none is available, then candidates having a qualification of Metric (2nd Div.) with a science recognized board along with a "Two years" Diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute.

 

5.Junior Technician (Dental Technology)        BPS 09

No of Posts. 03           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. F.Sc pre-medical (2nd Div.) from a a recognized board with a diploma in relevant Allied Health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board.

II. If none is available, then candidates having a qualification of Metric (2nd Div.) with a science recognized board along with a "Two years" Diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute.

 

6.Almoner              BPS 09

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

I.Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board with at least 03-years experience in accountancy treasury work from any recognized institute/organization.

II. Higher technical qualification holders shall be preferred.

 

7.Urdu Typist                BPS  07

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board and

II. A speed of 25 WPM in Urdu Typing.

III. Preference shall be given to the computer-literate person.

 

8.Junior Storekeeper           BPS 07

No of Posts. 02           age.18-25

Qualification Required

Metric 2nd division + 25 WPM Typing Speed.

3 years experience in handling the store in the relevant field.

Higher technical qualification holders shall be preferred.

9.Receptionist Cum Clerk        BPS 06

No of Posts. 01           age.18-25

Qualification Required

1. Metric or equivalent qualification from a recognized board

II. Preference shall be given to the computer-literate person.

Terms & Conditions:

Ø Both Male/Female applicants having domicile in the Province of Punjab can apply. Appointments shall be made, on a contract basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004" initially for 03 years extendable subject to good performance.

Ø Complete application along with attested copies of all educational certificates (like Matric, F.Sc., etc.)/degrees/diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if any), and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of Medical Superintendent, Punjab Dental Hospital, Lahore.

Ø In the case of 'O' Level & 'A' Level, an equivalence certificate must also be submitted. Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.

Ø Age relaxation in upper age limit per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.

Ø Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy 2022.

Ø Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit by " The Contract Appointment Policy 2004 / Recruitment Policy, 2022* and instructions issued from time to time by the Govt. of Punjab.

Ø Persons already in Govt. service should apply through their Departments along with NOC. Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in any case.

Ø Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.

Ø No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.

Ø Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above.

Ø Evaluation of the candidates shall be done as per the "Selection Criteria for Appointment" as stipulated in the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab. Furthermore, Selection Committees may devise some written / practical tests for the evaluation of candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of the "Interview" and assign marks accordingly.

 

How to apply:

Applications addressed to the undersigned shall be received during office hours in the office of the Medical Superintendent till 26-01-2023 through DAK/ Courier Service by hand application will not be acceptable.

Interview / Test

of the candidates for the above-mentioned posts shall be held in the office of Medical Superintendent, Punjab Dental Hospital, Lahore at 09:30 a.m. The details are as under:-

i.Interviews / Tests for the posts at Sr. No. 1 to 02 shall be held on 06-02-2023 (Monday).

ii. Interviews / Tests for the posts at Sr. No. 3,4 and 5 shall be held on 07-02-2023 (Tuesday).

iii. Interviews / Tests for the posts at Sr. No. 6 to 7 shall be held on 08-02-2023 (Wednesday).

iv. Interviews / Tests for the posts at Sr. No. 8 to 9 shall be held on 09-02-2023 (Thursday).
