Punjab
Skills Development Fund (PDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PDF was
established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company set up under the Companies
Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab (GoPb). PDF
is revolutionizing the TVET sector through its innovative initiatives for
vocational and technical training ensuring an economically bright and
sustainable future for the poor and vulnerable youth of Punjab.
PDF is looking for
energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions based in
Lahore:

1. Head of Research and Planning (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Master's degree in
Economics / Social Sciences / Management Sciences or MBA or any relevant degree
from an HEC-recognized/ accredited university.A minimum of 10 years of relevant/
similar experience with 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
2. Manager HR (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Bachelor's degree
(Hons)/ Master's degree in Human Resources/ Marketing/Economics / Social
Sciences from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.A minimum of 8 years of
HR experience with 2 years of OD/ Performance Management experience with
reputed organizations.
3. Specialist Procurement (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Bachelor's degree
(Hons) in Business Management/Commerce / Supply Chain / Social Sciences or
any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
A minimum of 4 years
or above of procurement experience with reputed organizations (preferably in
Procurement as per PPRA rules). Understanding of Contract Management and basic
knowledge of SAP or Oracle (ERP) is required.
4. Specialist Digital Marketing (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Bachelor's Degree
(Hons) (Master's Degree preferred) in Marketing or a relevant degree from an
HEC-recognized accredited university.
A minimum of 4 years
of prior experience serving in a similar role with reputed organizations. A
strong digital-related portfolio will be preferred.
5. Associate Audit (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
ACCA/CA Finalist or
a relevant degree from an HEC-recognized/ accredited university.
A minimum of 2 years
of audit experience, however, preference will be given to candidates having at
least 1-year experience in in Risk Management.
6. Associate Database Administrator - IT (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Bachelor's Degree
(Hons) in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering from an
HEC-recognized/accredited university. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Database Administrator, the experience of MS-SQL Server or Oracle Database.
7. Associate Finance (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Bachelor's Degree
(Hons)/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting /Commerce/ CA Finalist/ ICMA
partly qualified/ACCA qualified or any other relevant discipline from an
HEC-recognized / accredited university.
A minimum of 2 years
or above of relevant/similar experience in Budgeting & Reporting with
reputed organizations.
8. Data Entry Operator (Lahore)
Education &
Experience.
Intermediate/Bachelor
/ Diploma in IT equivalent to Intermediate. 0-1 year of experience.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
