Punjab AIDS Control Program (PACP), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals domiciled in Punjab for the following posts, purely on a contract basis.

Qualification:

Master in Business Administration / MS in Project Management / MS in Operational Management.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of organizational experience.

Preference will be given to the candidates having Management MS in Operational experience in health-related projects.

 

2. Research Scientist (Virologist Molecular Biologist/Genetic Epidemiologists)      No.Of Post. 03

Qualification:

MS/M.Phil in Microbiology/Virology/Infectious diseases/Molecular Biology

Experience & Skills:

5 years post-graduate professional experience in laboratories involved in infectious diseases.

Molecular Biology/ Virology At least 3 international research publications in JCR Biotechnology.

 

3 Virologist/ Microbiologist      No.Of Post.01

Qualification:

PhD in  Microbiology /Virology/Infectious diseases/Molecular Biology

At least 10 international impact factor journals publications in JCR impact factor programs journals.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant field preferably working in public health development

 

4. Epidemiologist   No.Of Post.01

Qualification:

MBBS with Masters in Epidemiology/ Public health.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field preferably working in public health development programs.

 

5. Treatment Coordinator    No.Of Post.01

Qualification:

MBBS/MD with valid PMDC Registration

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field preferably working in public health development programs

Qualification:

MBBS/MPH/MPA/Master in Social Sciences

Experience & Skills:

Qualification:

Experience & Skills:

1 to 2 years experience in the collection of Seld data.

10. Medical Officer    BPS-17

Age limit.23-40       No.Of Post.12

Qualification:

MBBS with valid PMDC registration

Experience & Skills:

One-year house job.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HIV AIDS prevention, treatment, care & support.

 

11. Psychologist       BPS-17

Age limit.25-40       No.Of Post.12

Qualification:

Master in Social Sciences preferably in psychology/ sociology/behavioral sciences.

Experience & Skills:

03 years of experience in health-related projects.

 

12. Case Manager (Prevention Parent To Child Transmission)

(01 for Faisalabad & 01 for DG Khan).     BPS-17

Qualification:

Master's Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university.

Experience & Skills:

2-3 years experience in handling case management of HIV patients especially HIV pregnant women.

 

 

13. Case Manager (Lost to Follow Up)    BPS-17

Qualification:

Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

Experience & Skills:

2-3 years experience in patient management coordination and tracing of HIV loss to follow-up.

 

14. Junior Micro Biologist   No.Of Post.01

Qualification:

BS Honors Microbiology.

1 year of working experience in laboratories involving in Biology. Molecular in infectious diseases.

 

15. Laboratory Assistant     BPS-12

Qualification:

Matric with Science from a recognized board and diploma/ certificate in Laboratory Assistant from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore or any other recognized institute.

Experience & Skills:

Preference will be given to candidates having two-course years' experience in a relevant field.

 

06. Computer Operator    BPS-12

Qualification:

ICS or intermediate with 6-month diploma in computer sciences From a recognized Institution/board.

Experience & Skills:

At least three years experience in a similar capacity preferably in projects.

Qualification:

Middle school certificate from recognized school & LTV driving license issued from the Licensing Authority.

Experience & Skills:

At least five years' experience.

A higher technical license issued from the qualification holder will be preferred.

Qualification:

Matric From a recognized Board/institution with a valid motorcycle driving license and at least 03 years experience.

Experience & Skills:

20.Chowkidar    BPS-02

Preference will be given to physically strong candidates having 02 years of experience

 

21. Sweeper   BPS-02

Terms & Conditions:

1. The above positions are being offered on a Contract basis (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004(Revised 2016) of the Government of the Punjab 2.

2. Candidates having domicile in Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.

3. The provincial quota of 15% for females, 05% for minorities, and 03% for special persons is applicable.

4. General age relaxation in upper age limit is for male candidates-05years, for female candidates-08 years, and for special/disabled candidates 15 years.

5. The age relaxation of candidates working in public sector organizations will be as per current government policy.

6. Transgender are encouraged to apply.

7. These vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.

8. Applicants working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies! Corporations should apply through the proper channels.

9. Only the degree issued by the university/institute recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered.

10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate.

11. In pursuance of the direction contained in Para 2(v) of letter No SO(ERB)/5-3/2014, two experience marks per year up to 10 marks will be given to candidates already working on the project.

12. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.

13. The date & time of the interview will be communicated through email/call/SMS.

14. Original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the short-listed candidate at the time of the interview.

15. Shortlisted candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Corporations must produce original NOC at the time of interview.

16. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test interview.

17. Department reserves the right to accept/reject/ or cancel an application or recruitment against any post or whole recruitment process at any time without any notice/justification.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS:-

01. Disabled/special persons will attach proof of registration with the Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate issued by the District Standing Medical Board.

02 Interested candidates will apply online by visiting National Testing Services (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).

03. Interested candidates will also submit a duly filled-in online application form along with a deposit slip of the prescribed fee in favor of NTS, a copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs, directly to NTS through courier at the address mentioned on the application form by 31 January 2023

04. Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information will be rejected

05. By hand courier/postal applications will not be entertained.

06. Test fee will be paid through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Courier using 20 Digits Invoice number generated on the fee slip. Only 1 Bill Invoice payment will be accepted.

07. Candidates can apply/show preferences for more than 01 District on payment of a single fee subject to ane post in the same advertisement.

OB The NTS will communicate the date of the written test to the eligible candidates only.

09 Candidates securing at least 50% NTS written test marks will qualify.

10. In case of a large number of candidates qualifying NTS test, Appointing Authority reserves the right to define any threshold for short-listing the candidates
