Applications are invited for the following posts in Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) from the candidates who fulfill the educational qualification, experience, and age limit criteria as mentioned below. The applications must submit ONLINE on the link given below

within 15 days of publication of this advertisement  by January 23, 2023 (1700 hours).

Name of Post

1. Additional Reginal /Senior Director MIS

Equivalent to PEC Sale 20, on yearly Contract basics.

Age Limit maximum 55 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

M.Sc. (Computer Engineering Computer Systems Engineering or Software Engineering registered with PEC

OR

MS Computer Science or equivalent in IT-related qualifications/discipline ( min 18 years of Education) duly recognized by HEC.Higher Qualifications/degrees / certificates will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 17 years professional experience in BPS-17 or Equivalent out of which 05 years should be an independent managerial position in the field of Computer.

Systems/ MS and must have proven experience in following.

Database/Oracle/SQL Server/Open Source DBs.

Network Administration and Management Expert

LAN/WAN/Data Connectivity

Implementation of IT Policy

Data Integration with Org

Software Services Architecture and Development

IT Services and Security

E-governance/office an

Related Skills Set and possess any Certification.

Microsoft, Google, ITIL, CISCO

The candidate would preferably have the training and short

courses on Time management, Leadership, Change

management, Stress Management Coaching, etc.

2. Director Administration

PEC-19,   Regular

Age Limit maximum 45 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Management/ Administrative Sciences/Public Policy MPA/MBA HR Management BS Management Sciences/ BBA (Hons) or relevant minium16 years of education minimum division from a University recognized by HEC

Experience:

12 years experience in IPS 17 and above or 07 years

experience in IBPS-18 or equivalent in Govt./

Autonomous bodies/private sector organizations of repute in

the field of Public Administration Establishment/Human

Resource Management/ Financial Management/ Selection of

Personal Background knowledge of dealing with quality procedural

risk management, procurement, sender processes, PPRA

rules, foet management, inventory, and assets management,

quality reporting and analysis will be preferred. Proficiency

in operations of an ERP system, conversant with MS, MS

Office and relevant management training are also required.

Knowledge of the PEC Act & Bye-laws will be added advantage.

3. Director HRM

PEC-19,  Regular

Age Limit maximum 45 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Management/ Administrative Sciences/Public Policy MPA/MBA HR Management BS Management Sciences/ BBA (Hons) or relevant minium16 years of education minimum division from a University recognized by HEC

Experience:

12 years experience in IPS 17 and above or 07 years

4. Deputy Director MIS

PEC-18, Regular

Age Limit maximum 40 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

MS Computer Science or equivalent in related qualification/discipline 18

years of education recognized by HEC.

Higher qualification/dedicate will be preferred.

B.E. in Computer Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering or

Software Engineering registered with PEC

OR

MCS/MS Computer Simo BCS/BSIT, or equivalent in 16 years of education duly recognized by HEC

Experience:

05 years post-qualification experience @PS-17

or equivalent/ in the case of the public/ private sector in the field of

computer systems/ MIS with preferable experience of

development of Relational Data Base, Maintenance and

Testing of the database, reliability checking updating on a

LAN environment working on Windows. The database and

operating system up-gradation with the latest version of Track,

SAP or any other equivalent environment in multi

user/multi-tasking Related Skills Set and Certifications will

be required

5. Deputy Director Techno Legal

PEC-18 Regular 

Age Limit maximum 40 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

LLB with 1st division from HEC recognized institution

Member of Bar Council District or High Court Bar

LLB with B.Sc. (Engineering from Accredited Engineering

University will be preferred

Experience:

07 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer/legal

Counsel handing/drafting legal affairs, preferably of

corporate bodies/regulatory bodies, company laws, service

matters, etc.

Good communication, spoken & written English with

computer literacy.

6. Internal Auditor 01

PEC-17 Regular

Age Limit maximum 35 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

ACCA, ACMA, APFA, CA Inter

OR

Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance recognized by HEC.

Experience:

A candidate having CA Inter with Articleship completed or a

candidate having ACCA, ACMA, and APFA with 03 years of experience in internal/external Audit

Preference will be given to those possessing experience of

internal/external wait particularly in any provincial or

Federal Goverstomous body ke Audit &

Accounts of Accountants General Knowledge of Financial

Regulations of the Government will be added advantage

Candidates must be proficient in computer knowledge.

7. Assistant Director Techno Legal Affairs

PEC-17.  Regular

Age Limit maximum 35 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

LLB with 1st division from HEC recognized institution

Member of Bar Council District or High Court Bar

LLB with B.Sc. (Engineering from Accredited Engineering

University will be preferred

Experience:

02 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer/Legal

Counsel handling/drafting all affairs, preferably of

corporate bodies/regulatory bodies, company laws, service

matters, etc.

Good communication, spoken & written English with computeracy.

8. Assistant Director (HR)

PEC-17 Regular

Age Limit maximum 33 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

MPA/BA/BBA Honors or equivalent (min. 16 years of education with specialization in Administration Management HR from the institute of recognized HEC. computer applications are mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience:

Experience of 01 to 02 years is desirable. Knowledge of

general administrative procedures and processes, PPRA

rules, Fleet management, Asset inventory management, and

procurement processes are required.

9. Assistant Director (Admin)

PEC-17 Regular

Age Limit maximum 33 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

MPA/BA/BBA Honors or equivalent (min. 16 years of education with specialization in Administration Management HR from the institute of recognized HEC. computer applications are mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

10. Estate Officer

PEC-17 Regular

Age Limit maximum 33 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

MA/MS/BE/MBA/MPA from an HEC recognized University

Experience:

Minimum of 03 years experience in Estate Management

A person knows Land/Reverse Laws will be preferred

11. PS to Registrar

PRC-17 Regular

Age Limit maximum 33 years     Post 1      Open merit

Qualifications:

Master's degree (16 years of education or BA /B.Sc. Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer

applications are mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS

Excel and PowerPoint

Experience:

In the case of MA/MSc, a Minimum of 13 years of service in

BPS-11/PEC Scale-11 and above, with at least 03 years of

service in BPS-16/PBC Scale-16

In the case of BA/BSc Minimum of 15 years of service in PEC

BPS-11/PEC Scale-11 and above with at least 3 years of

03 years of service in BPS-16/PBC Scale-16.

-Competence in Shorthand 100 wpm and typing speed of 50 wpm and knowledge of Computer and Word Processing as well as English is essential Competence in drafting is is desirable.
